THE CHOICE TO CHANGE

It all started back in 8/28/07 when my health was a complete train wreck. My symptoms included the production of calcium oxalate kidney stones, dry skin patches, weight gain, hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance (pre-diabetic), memory loss, leaky gut syndrome, head aches, joint aches, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Compromised immune system, Dry/red eyes, liver issues, mental confusion, food sensitivities, irritability, hypothyroidism, varicose veins, profuse sweating and much more. Medical Doctors told me there wasn’t much they could do for me and many told me my problems were in my head. Well, after receiving my degree in Alternative Medicine, this is partly true and here is why. By this time, I had experienced several major surgeries and a few severe car crashes (none my fault) and your cells have memories. I was living in a toxic environment now for 13 years, not eating pure (lots of processed foods and meat) and had years of pharmaceutical drugs and radiation exposure due to MRI’s, x-rays and CT scans. At this point, it was a miracle I was alive; after all, I nearly died twice….once from a blood clot after experiencing reconstructive kidney surgery and once from a severe car crash. Can you imagine if you were my body; all the trauma that it had endured; I think you would be angry with me too which explains why I was experiencing poor performance.

I knew there had to be a better way, so after meeting with an award winning compounding Pharmacist is Central Florida and conducting metabolic panel testing, I decided to change the way I lived my life. I have decided going forward that I am going to blog on my personal experience of why I chose to switch from Western living to Holistic living and the positive impact it has had on my life. I am not only an Alternative Medical Practitioner but I walk the talk and I want to show you that chances are, the health problems that you are experiencing I have walked through and with natural measures, I reversed my health. Cellulite and Your Hormones

          What causes that dimpling appearance of the skin; unwanted cellulite? Uneven fat deposits under the skin caused by the female hormone Estrogen; which stimulates the storage of fat and the breakdown of collagen.
